Having Problems with excessive dryness in your hands or lips??

With cooler weather, its nice to always carry a hand cream and petroleum jelly to prevent it...

i don't really think that it's the weather, but much more the atmosphere of where you live.

Or you could just get a girl. That usually takes care of dryness on my hands and lips. ;)
