Thought I Was Moving On..Back On Stage One?

Well I broke up with my girl a month ago...hurt alot...still love her..
She said 'lets be friends' 'I miss how close we were' and I told her I can't be friends with her...
I thought I was moving on, but I found out she has a new boyfriend already, and shes going around all happy about it saying 'I miss ma boyfriend...' 'Can't wait to see him' etc..And I feel that shes acting like I aint ever ment anything to her...and I think this is slowly dragging me back down to stage one...
I don't know what to do:upset:

Keep no contact. Don't ask for any information about her, and if anyone tells you, tell them you don't want to know. Not hearing about it is the easiest thing. And she can't pretend that you meant nothing since you were together for a time to begin with, right? Bottom line, you /did/ mean something. But that's long over, and she's moved on. You need to, as well. Find someone else to take to, because you can't love her anymore.

I am in the same type of situation. Ex told me we were too different and wanted someone who had more in common. I said ok lets go our seperate ways. Find out she starts talking to another guy the next day and they are sleeping together within 2 weeks. I told her I thought it was better we never see each other again. I avoid places where I usually met her. I told all my friends to avoid her and not keep in contact. I think the best way to move on is to not see the, hear them, or hear about them.

And why the hell are you still talking to her?

get over it... obviously she doesn't care for you anymore so why should you still care..

oh wait, i'm sorry, you still think that she was the one and that you were meant for one another right? well you're still young and you've got a lot to learn. one of them is always love will usually come with a broken heart. when you accepted a relationship with her, you unwillingly also accepted the down side of this contract.

It's been a few months since we split...
The beginning was hitting me hard..I really didn't know what to do...
But I come to realise...life aint worth being depressed over someone else...
I've been moving on fine lately...I still think about her here n there...but i'm also moving on with my day to day life =]

Wow reading many of the replies that people post are pretty harsh.
People are here pouring out there hearts in search if some advise/answers/familiarity's/a ear/at times a harsh kick in the butt but wow.
I think there is a way to reply and sound a little less harsh. Straightforward yes but not harsh.

Sorry I am new, But I think that I will be sticking to replying to posts and refrain from posting Re:Myself. I just my need a forum to discuss this forum LOL.
