I have been dating this girl for a while now and we are official bf/gf now for a little more than a month. Now she is a little shy and has trouble expressing her feelings not just physically but verbally as well.
I tend to be one of those guys who get a little too attached and this is a slight problem because I want to atleast hear some validation that she likes me as much as I like her.
How do I go about getting this validation without coming across too strong?
If she is shy, you may have to work to pull it out of her. "do you like me?" would probably work.
However, I am a little bit worried about what you are looking for after only a month. What deep feelings are you hoping she has after such a short amount of time?
If I were you, I'd ease things by also keeping in mind that she has needs too. Be patient rather than demanding. Throw the seeds before waiting for a harvest.

Thanks for the advice, and maybe i exaggerated a little bit. The deep feelings I hope to see if she has is just if she likes me as much as I like her....mostly because I need that security that she isnt gonna leave me for some other guy. some people just aren't very forward with their feelings. You've only been dating for a month, as time goes by she'll get more and more comfortable expressing herself to you. If you try to pull it out of her before shes ready you'll push her away. You care about her so you gotta accept shes just not naturally very open like that and people can't just change...it'll take effort
Joe, you're coming from a place of need, not love. Your relationship is new and therefore, fragile. You're squeezing it too tightly, and I'm afraid you're going to squish it.
Bring all of your insecurities here and puke them all over your threads, but DO NOT show too many of them to your girlfriend.

God, man... you've pretty much summed up the way I feel perfectly. I'm quite worried about getting attached to her because it would hurt like a bugger if she left me for some other guy. Sadly, I don't have the self control to prevent myself from getting attached to said girl. So... I know how you feel.
Shy girls are appealing because you'd think there's something there, that if you just got to know her better, you'd find it out.
There's nothing there.
