I don't like the way I look. I have a long face and a huge nose. I'm about 5'6 and still young. I have scares all over my body from riding bikes, skateboreds, work, and operations. I don't mind the scars. I never look at myself in the mirror becuse I don't like what I see. What can I do?
I have never been called hot or goodlooking or anything like that... my girlfriend calls me cute somtimes but that's about it. It gets me down when I hear girls saying that "that guy over there looks hot" it just makes me depressed
Think about it this way, he might be hot to them for a one-night stand,
but will he last in the long run, If the personality isn't there, probably not.
Just work on yourself, and don't worry about what others are like, if you
start worrying how others are like, no one will find you attractive.
P.S. Meaning, you don't have to be the best looking guy, If you appreciate
yourself and treat them with respect and just try to live your life positively.
Your there for her, so show her how much you care and what you
can do for her, and it will work itself out.
What most people do, is they let others bring them down because you can't live
up to their standards... but makes him approachable, is that he's comfortable being
the way he is, so he just goes with what the signals are, and reacts accordingly.

The biggest thing is how you carry yourself. Confidence confidence CONFIDENCE!
But yeah, also take care of yourself. Eat right, exercise/workout, maintain good HYGIENE (that one is HUGE), dress nice.

I want to get those same reactions you know... like just even a "you look good today" would be nice. I shower everyday, I get fit each day (my job is pushing shopping carts) and I skate somtimes. I very rarly eat. I haven't eaten a home cooked meal in months. I'm a realy healthy guy. I look after myself. I want to change myself so I do get those types of reactions. It would make me happy for once about myself.

You say you rarely eat, that is unhealthy. You should be eating three healthy meals everyday.

Work on your confidence, you don't have to be a really good looking guy. Haven't you ever wondered why you see every now and then an ugly ass guy with a gorgeous girl? It's almost always because he has confidence in himself and is sociable. I mean think about it, why else would a girl find him attractive? I doubt she's blind or that stupid. It's because he has something to offer, and it's more than just looks. Don't worry how you look. As long as you take care of yourself.
being picture perfect isn't really important for a guy in my opinion. He just needs to carry himself in a way thats says "oh..i am soo manly".
Your personality could really make you more attractive. It plays tricks on some females. I've come across people who I thought weren't all that good-looking, but after I got to know them and saw that they had a great personality, suddenly, they seemed more attractive, both inside and out.
Wear a man-thong, but trim your pubes first
Get a makeover. Buy some nice clothes.
Have sex with some sluts.
