Damnit, now i'm in a rut... I found a 1992 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS, and I also really love those cars,,so now I'm deciding between this and the 240sx.

I test drove one of those at a place over here called Denny Dostons, its a place here in ohio that sell rare imports. (NSX's, Supra's, VR4's, and I think at one point they got lucky enough to hold a R33 Skyline.) VR4 was farkin nuts, I fell in love with it...but it was over $20 grand, and I do not have that money lol.

We have a black VR4 sitting in our garage. It's my brothers but he isn't about to take it up to boston so it can get stolen or broken into. So it just sits. When he's done with college he'll probly end up selling it cause he won't wanna pay the insurance on it. I refuse to drive it, just scares me. The hood is so much bigger than mine im afraid I'll just plow it into something.

I'm just gonna by the Eclipse..for these reason, not in any order.
1. 46g3 motor, same as the one in the GS-T and GSX models, stronger engine then 2nd gen 420a motor. Realitivly cheap to produce horsepower.
2. First Gen's are the lightest of all 3 generations
3. I know 240sx is RWD, and just handles like a manman in the spring/summer time. However snow/rain always presents problems with RWD. The Eclipse GS is FWD, but handles almost as well in the curves (sans drifting), and don't have to worry about handling once winter time comes along.
4. Although by today standards, the first gen eclipse is only ok in the looks department, kits for the car are not terribly expensive to make it more curvy and unique.
5. The eclipse is 3 grand cheaper then the 240sx.
