In love after very brief encounter
On Sunday morning I was on my way out of town with some friends for a couple of days mountain biking. We stopped in at a Tim Hortons restaurant for some breakfast, but I hate the food there so just for a lark I decided to order a single timbit.
Anyways, I've fallen in love with the girl at the counter who served me. She had to resolve some problem with her till before she could take my order so I had a couple minutes where I had nothing to do but stand there and admire her...
I've spent three days now trying to decide whether I ought to phone the restaurant one morning, ask to speak to her, and see if she'd like to do something together some time. It just seems like a completely ridiculous idea, so I haven't got the nerve up yet, but I really want to call her. I'm not sure what I'd say, lol. And with every passing day it seems like the conversation would be an even harder sell. Should I ask her to lunch? a matinee? walk on the beach? [please share your ideas]
Another consideration that makes it all even more farfetched is that she's about an hour away from the town where I live (or at least the Tim Hortons I met her at is). So I can't even just frequent the place casually and try to get to know her that way, eventually asking her out. It's kinda an all-or-nothing scenario.
Please advise! I can't shake her out of my head. I'm infatuated.
