My older brother said that I was boring and need to improve on my social skills, because I'm too serious and don't have much sense of humor.
I don't think so :(, I guess it's easier to tell when you meet me and we start socializing, but still.

Yes.
No.
I don't know.
Nah, just be yourself man.
I am being myself, but they see myself as being non-social.
Would I be sharing my experiences and giving my advice, if I wasn't social?
I even got two girls interested with hanging around me, from what we've been talking about, so that must be some progress.
siblings are supposed to say crap like that...if ye heard the slagging in our house...
You probably are kinda boring.
Prove us wrong, how could you go wrong?
Most people are kind of boring. Dancing isn't boring, though. You have a great hobby.
I know I'm boring...but hey, that's me. Just because I don't go out 24/7 and party all the time and spent tons of time with friends. I like my bike rides, staying home relaxing, my projects, and computers...I'm content with myself. And I'm sure there are girls out there that feel the same way.
As long as you're not a dead beat that doesn't get out of the house, I see nothing wrong with it. Your brother is just being a brother, ignore him and don't let it get to you.
You seem to love your dancing, stick to it, enjoy it! Don't let this get you down.
Oh God, whining. With thr Irish accent.Quote:

While I'm enjoying myself hanging out with both girls on separate occasions, he'll be sitting at home, with no plan to date or not even knowing, If his has a partner for dance this year, if he plans to go.
Oh, well, I'm trying out new things, and enjoying the challenge and how people are responding.
Don't even worry about it, and just be yourself. If you get too hung up about this stuff, you'll miss out on all the fun moments you're having.
It's a subjective adjective anyway. I find golf boring, but a golf enthusiast would disagree.
I would find playing golf actually pretty fun, but watching it, not so much.Quote:

Most of the time, when my siblings or parents say I have social problems, I ignore them, because I know how to talk with others.
It's just that I talk to them so much, that they always want to chat, but I sometimes need my space too, so I tell them about it.
P.S. Also when I want to hang out with friends, I have to tell them exactly what I'm doing or who I'm talking too when I'm old enough to live the life I want, and I don't get caught up in their life as much, because I've seen it enough that I need to focus on what makes me happy.
I find that when you engage the other person to talk more about themselves...they find you less boring.
^ You do that a fair bit Kromat.
