Confused: Does He Like Me?

Hey im new at this, so forgive if this is odd! I'm doing this because im sooooo confused and i need some advice from you lovely people!

So, heres the deal... I know this guy from work (I'll call him Dan) who i get on well with. We spent the whole day flirting today and another co-worker asked me if i have a boyfriend so that he could Dan.
He also asked me loads of questions about myself and promiced me that he'd add me on Facebook. When i got home from work, i found out he'd added me straight away! He also remembered everything i'd said eg likes/dislikes etc.

I personally feel a connection with this guy and i really like him, just wondering if you lots could give me any advice about if you think he likes me too!
