hi all -can u please advice !!!!

I am 49 and as dating a man of 52 for 5 months. I found out that he was "chatting on-line" to other women and ogles at other women when we are together.
We split up 4 a week but give him 2nd chance cos he said that was his past.
However this incident led to TRUST issues.
Then, I was away visiting my parents and friends saw him at a disco with his single friends but soon left the place as he saw them.

Recently, one of his ex's called late Friday eve.Of course I asked what she wanted ??? He mentioned some "blanket" that he had to return to her and he told her he would come by on his day off.
I pressed him to find out when he last had contact with her - he admitted visiting her as a "friend" when we had separated shortly due to "chatting incident".
However, it was difficult for him to orgasm with me frequently and admitted he is a bit of a voyeur and enjoys pornos but does not watch since we have met.

I split up with him and did say mean words as I was hurt...then wrote him a mail expressing I expect from a relationship.

He replied - that he felt watched by me and blamed me for being suspicious and does not feel need to justify anything to me and tired of my mistrust and my harsh words.
He ended the email by saying we should "Live and let live" and he is free agent.
Recently, I sent him another mail to apologise for my "harsh" which was wrongbut he has not responded. Is has already put an ad. on one of the dating sites....and perhapd found someone new ...which is hurtful !!!
Did i make the right decision by leaving him ???or did I over react??? as Ex husband was a cheat and perhaps it is difficult for me trust men anyway....
Still have feelings for him despite what happened...
