new to all

hi there
i'm new on the cite so hi all!

also new is a situation i'm in. i met some guy about a month ago and he took me out a few times, now we are most certainly dating each other. it's been about a month and a half to be more exact but i don't understand where the situation stands.

he has introduced me to all his friends and tried to take me back to his hometown to meet his entire family as i've only met one at this time.

he introduced me when we went out last night to people as his "lady" or his "girl" but what does that mean? is he my boyfriend? and i don't need to apply a label to the situation but i'm confused.

i thought he was more casual but he talks about things in such a future sense and for example last night told me he was doing some work and was imagining i was sitting on his couch reading not doing anything but just there and that thought was comforting....

where do i stand with this guy? new things are always new so it's hard to say but this guy i can't get out of my head and usually i have a total reign on these situations, this guy seems to unbelievable to be real, any tips?

From what you typed, it sounds like he's treating you like his girlfriend. You could always ask him how he's feeling about the relationship, or if you're not comfortable with that just toss out some leading statements/questions. Or just keep going along and it will probably become obvious...hopefully?

You don't have to be afraid of just asking. Ask and clarify it with him. All will fall into its places.

how long before it's okay to ask if we are an official couple like the boyfriend girlfriend thing then without scaring the guy?

do terms of endearment count? he refers to me as his lady, his girl, calls me babe/baby?

is this normal?

I usually don't ask about the "official couple thing". As long as I can feel his love, that's enough with me.

Endearments count that much. Only people who love each other has this endearments. And I think he considers you as hid gf.
