trouble with tampons

Hi all. Please first excuse my lousy english, i'm not a native speaker.

I have a problem with tampons. Each time I use them I get horny and very often during my menstruation I start masturbating because of that.
I dont know how and why this started.
When I was about 14 or 15 I masturbated the first time using a tampon. I rubbed my clit with it and it felt quite good. I did that a couple of times and more and more I got aroused when only seeing a tampon.

Now I'm at the age of 19 and I'm really afraid of my menstruation. I often cant even concentrate on what I'm doing just because I have to think about that thing inside of me. I often leave class to go to the bathroom and masturbate. Sometimes I even insert 2 or 3 of them because - well I dont know actually why.
It just makes me so horny, I feel like I just cannot control it.

If somebody has similar experiences or any kind of idea what I could do, I'd be glad if he told me.
