Thinking of getting involved with an employee

Well this girl started working for me recently as an intern. Shes quite a bit younger than me but shes very attractive. We recently both got out of relationships and we've been flirting a little bit back and fourth. Ive been trying to play it cool because I don't really know how to handle this situation, but the more she hints that she likes me, the more I want to do something about it because I like her too.

The other thing is that I don't want a relationship, I actually would rather just date casually for now. She is around me a lot so I don't know if things would get really awkward if she started getting upset about me seeing other people.

We've planned on hanging out outside of work sometime but it hasn't happened yet. I'm kind of nervous about what would happen if we did. We haven't talked about any of this yet, but I wanted to see what you guys thought of this.

I would wait until she isn't an intern anymore, and only then if you are sure she isn't cming back as a permanent employee.

Shes actually moving to California once her internship is done, so I wont see her again after. I doubt she wants a relationship either since she will be gone soon and we both dont believe in long distance relationships.

She is a really cool girl, but I don't want to make things complicated. Then again, I don't want to regret not doing anything about it because maybe we can work something out together, and I don't know if I will ever see her again.

No I'm not married! I'm 32 and she's 22.

Meh, not so bad. Just wait until she's done working there to avoid workplace discomfort, and be sure to be honest about not wanting a relationship.
