My poem I wrote about this girl I like in high school. I hope to be her boyfriend soon and I wrote this about 2 weeks ago. Modified a bit.

Love Expressed
I've been looking at this all wrong,
My heart says that we belong
But my head worries about the ifs
Like someone jumping off cliffs.

I need to stop listening.
I need to start doing.
Once I take that first step,
We can begin to prep
For what lies ahead.

I'm beginning t loose my dread,
Maybe soon I will ask you what
My heart will never forfeit.
During this next month I hope
To ask you, even is you say nope.

Maybe you noticed that I bathe my
Eyes in your beauty. You supply
Gourgeous life to my entire soul.
As I attempte to regain control,
Narrowly escaping your eye's patrol,
Wow, I got your name in as was my goal.
