I'm miserable on Sundays.
Very frequently.
I've always hated Sundays.
I'm a sore to be around, even for myself on Sundays.
I've always affiliated Sundays with depressing thoughts of "going back to my mother's house and going to school the next day" after visiting with my dad. I'd just lose energy and get short tempered. I focus on and get down on things about my life I don't like.
I feel like those emotions have stuck with me.
It's like my Sunday cave.
Do something not to feel miserable
Get out, do some sport :mask:, or do some artistic activity :french:. In one word, get your bad feelings out of you!
