i'm stumped. help please

newbie. maybe i can learn somethin new here. anyway . . heres the story. ive been on and off friends with this girl for 2 years. she comes home from school and we'll hang out maybe once in awhile. well like a month ago i decide i wanna get to know her better. i go down to her school and stay the weekend with her. nothing happens which i was completely fine with. we had an awesome time together. alotta fun. she's in school for another month and we talk pretty often. i go down to her school again earlier this month and again nothing major happens. but again an awesome time. we learn everything about each other. we talk everyday from then on. she finally comes home for the holidays and we go out for 3 days straight more awesome times and finally at the end of one night as i'm dropping her off we do the gaze dance. she says what do i want her to do. i point to my lips and she smiles and goes in. i stop her and say i only want this if it actually means something to you. she goes in for the kill. we smooch it up for a little bit. i walk her to her door and thats that. then she gets sick for a week. and i'm thinking legit sick cuz everyones facebooking her get better soon and her dads taking her temp as we talk on teh phone and such. were still talking all the time for hours on the phone. new years rolls along and she had said she wanted to spend it with me at a friend down the shores. but she ends up dissappearing all day and i get a call at 10pm sayin she's in a penthouse in the city partying. i'm kinda pissed but i let it go. i call her a little before the ball is gonna drop tryin to be a little romantic and she hangs up on me 20 secs before midnight. i was just like WTF. i dont call her all day today. she texts me sayin she wants to do something but i tell her i'm busy (which i legitimately was, i prob coulda made something work but i'm a little hurt you know haha). so here i am wondering what she's thinking. a little more background she's not known to be the innocent type. she has alot of guys which she's pretty open about. but she says she's graduating soon and she wants to settle down and have a real relationship with a guy who will treat her right. i told her i didn't want to start this unless it was something she wanted and since she kissed me i'm assuming she's interested. she's known to be a tease but can she really be playing me like that? advice please from the womans point of view? i dont know where to go from here. i like a good chase but i hate getting hurt

now that i read it again it seems a lil childish but i neglected some other parts as well. like she got drunk one night and kissed another guy in the backseat of my jeep on the way home from the bar. she apologized and kept saying it meant nothing and that she screwed up. she also sometimes tells me she goes out on dates with other guys.

Keep it light. This gal could easily be a player and her history suggests she might be. Wait until you have more evidence based on her actions, not what she says. Girls can give lines about wanting to get 'serious' the same as guys can.

a lil update. turns out she called me 3 times on new years looking for me to go with her to the city but verizon dropped the ball and i didn't get the calls . . . (she showed me in her phone). we've been hangin out and getting closer and closer. i really like this girl:D
