My Guy Is A Ladies Man

My boyfriend of about 2 years (on and off) says he loves me, wants to spend his life with me, that I'm the only one he wants...Yet he has an abundance of women in his life who he corresponds with in an "inappropriate" manner. They text message him dirty jokes, flirt with him on networking sites - and they call him when we're together (not knowing we are together)
Just the other day he made friends with a woman on FaceBook through one of the interactive applications and justified it by saying that since we were arguing, he needed someone to talk to about our relationship, so he made friends with her!!! He said i need to stop being "jealous" and "insecure" but this is just a matter of morals and demonstrating that I am not enough for him in this relationship. It seems he needs attention from women everywhere he goes.
Am I wrong? Shouldn't I want to feel like I'm enough in this relationship?

I agree with the above two posts.

I hate it when someone calls their partner "jealous" and "insecure" when they give them plenty of reasons to feel this way. He is playing with your trust, you need to confront him on that. And if there's no change, then read above.

I think he should get her drunk, and stick it in her butt. Yeah, that's what the ladies man says.

He's putting a spin on the situation... instead of taking note of all the attention he is pouring into these other women... he turns the attention to you being jealous and insecure.

If all was well in the relationship... he would be inclined to tell you what he's doing... even share it with you to show you have nothing to worry about.

However he's not doing that... rather he's distracting you. Ever wondered why?

As those before me have said... dump him. You don't need the head games... and if he really loved you, he wouldn't be playing them to start with.

The guy makes friends with some random girl then unloads the relationship on her because he needs someone to talk to? I'm guilty of talking to friends about mine more than i probably should from time to time but thats just pathetic.

Guy needs to grow the **** up.
