is it okay? is it not okay? what circumstances do you think it is okay in? should all men shave? what parts of the body should be shaved and what parts would you not liked shaved? is complete body shave okay (that includes down under also)?
Just thought I'd get this discussion going. Interested to know what you all think.

It doesn't really matter to me. It's his body and he should and can do whatever he wants. Certain shaved areas may increase physical intimacy though.
If you have hair on your back or upper arms, I'd probably do something about it. Otherwise, I prefer trimmed, not shaved. Body hair is a masculine trait. Hairless men remind me of little boys. if I wanted to touch something smooth and hairless, I'd be a lesbian.
That's too drastic for me. I'm not attracted to a man because he has hair all over his body. It's the male equipments that I desire. But I do like a little bit of facial hair. :emot111: I don't care about the other places.Quote:

I don't understand the obsession with women who shave their pubic area. It must be a recent trend, I've seen the vintage pornography from the 70s. :) I asked a friend if he prefers hairy or shaved, he said "I like it natural, you know, shaved." Natural? For whom? a 10 year old girl???

Sometimes it the man that requests it. Ask a women is she completely bare every single day and she may say no.
And when a woman is natural or trimmed and goes bare on occasion the man usually gets excited but I know a few that would get pissed off and say not to ever go bare again. It's interesting. I think men that have a baby daughter truly hate to see a woman bare. A man that's into too much porn, etc may request that she is bare.
I think you are absolutely right, lesa. The funny thing is that porn producers probably do it for cinematographic reasons ... you can see more ... but it has somewhat become the modern norm in the real world.Quote:

I definitely shave. Pubic hair makes down there extra sweaty and holds the sweat in, not a good combination. I dont go bald(I've done it but I dont really like it). I have a line of hair down the middle and the rest is shaved.
As for the original question, I like shaved men, just not all over. Not too sure about shaved legs for a man, I dont mind a trimmmed pubic area and armpit area. I love a scruffy face though, lol it's funny cuz I used to hate it. Now it's sexy as hell!
I like women who groom... I don't like Afro Bush.
But that's only because i spend a fair amount of time trimming my pubic hairs. Not shaving them so much as just making it look nice.
I went with a hairless crotch once, and it was nice. But it's too much work to keep it that way.
I like man-hair. Like vash said, hairless men remind me of little boys, and last time I checked I wasn't a pedophile.
Excessive back and ass hair is a little weird. But hair anywhere else is great. I like the 'lower area' trimmed down though. Makes it easier to 'work'.
I shave my legs, but that's just for cycling. The rest of me gets trimmed.
Men gotta have hair... it's just one of those things... though I do like for that area to be 'trimmed'... makes it easier to get to, and seems to make it all look 'bigger'...
I do have a preference for hairy chests (not Austin Powers hairy... mind you, but reasonable)... I like to look at the hairless ones for eye candy.. but when it comes down to it... hairy is just more fun, I guess it's more animalistic...
I wish I had Austin Powers chest hair.
