To calculate the upper limit of the waist to height ratio:
men: height in inches multiplied by 0.55.
women: height in inches multiplied by 0.53
so you would be:
men: 74 x 0.55 = 40.7 inches upper limit for waistline
women: 74 x 0.53 = 39.22 inches upper limit for waistline
