Could this work.....

Me and my boyfriend had a big talk the other day and he nearly ended things but after opening up to each other and me asking a few times for another chance he had a think and said that he is happy to give it another go.

He opened up to me about how he feels and what he has been thinking. He said that feels that he has not been making me happy and this has got to him and made him feel down as well. He said that he has done things because he was scared of upsetting me. He also said that he does like me a lot and care about me.

He then told me more about himself and said that it is hard for him. He said that he is someone that likes to have time on his own where he does not talk to or see anyone for a few days because that is a part of him and something that he has to do. He just likes to go to sleep and be alone.

I was feeling upset by the fact that he wanted to end things but I did want to get this sorted. I said to him that I wanted him to be honest and said that I wished that he had said this earlier so that I would have understood and would have not been worried that I have done something wrong.

He sat there and got upset him self and had a think. He then come over and sat opporsit me and said that he is happy to give it a go but he wants to take things slow, start fresh, have no sleep overs and cut back on the communication and date/see each other a couple of times a week.

I thought about this and im happy to do it and see where things go and now I understand how he feels I know not to worry and im happy to slow things down.

So if two people have fugured things out and are happy to work on things to make things better do you think there is a chance of the relationship working out?
