Should I tell her I'm dating other girls?

So my ex broke up with me over the phone about 2 months ago after visiting her in Europe (she has been living in Europe for the past 7 months).
I was crushed as I loved her, reason she gave for breaking up was that she didn't love me any more.

Since then she has said she wants to remain friends and that we should for a drink when she's back from Europe (which will be in about 2 months or so)

Over the past month she has been phoning me about once a week, just friendly talk, being very matey, and me not wanting to show how I really feel and how I still love her, have been playing along.
I have since gone on dates and slept with a few girls. First of all, I am rather baffled as to why she keeps on calling me, I never make contact with her but am receptive when she rings me. Secondly, I am thinking about maybe trying to get back together once she's back.

My question if and when she calls next, should I tell her that I have dated and slept with other girls. She always grills me asking if I have or not.

So far I have lied and said I haven't but I was thinking maybe if she knows I'm doing fine without her and getting on with my life she will start having second thoughts. On the flip side if I tell her the truth it might put her off and ruin any chance of getting back together.

Ok, well lets just say I want to get back with her and to hell with the repercussions, what would more likely be conducive to that; keep on lying or telling her the truth about the girls I've slept with?

that's a tough one. If I were you, I'd just tell her something like "maybe", something ambiguous. That way you're not lying. If you come out right now and tell you've been sleeping around, it might put her off, depending on the girl.

But if she thinks you're just sitting there waiting for her.... I don't think that's going to get you far.

Well if you're already lying to her, that's a bad start if you truly do want to get back together with her. But personally I believe relationships should be built on trust & honesty, so I think if you truly want to be with her you need to tell her the truth.

If she can't handle it, then it's not really your fault that you moved on. She broke up with you, that was her choice and you dealt with it.

tell her. you've nothing to hide, you weren't together and she needs to know you're not sitting there pining for her weekly calls.

She doesn't need details, but you're misleading her and you know it. Next time she calls, tell her you just got back from a date. Put it out there.
