In the weekend I was in a bar, and I talked to this girl for 30 minutes and we had a nice conversation. In the end I asked her for her facebook account and she gave it to me. but when I asked her for dinner next week, she said she was busy and she did not suggest any other time.
Now what to do next, should I add her to my facebook friends, and if so what comes next.
or should I forget her, because she is not interested at all?
I dunno, I am not a mindreader, neither are you or anybody else. Why don't you simply ask her, or is that to 'complicated'?

Maybe she likes to have a lot of friends on her facebook account? Or maybe she just was being nice and didn't want to tell you to get lost? Or maybe she's just one of those girls who give out their facebook account to brag about how many people she has on facebook. Or maybe she's otherwise engaged and is keeping you as a backup in case a breakup happens? Or maybe... maybe.. maybee...Quote:

People write books on WHAT exactly her response means, but none of that is a perfect science, and it never will be. She was interested enough to give you her FB, so don't jump the gun on dinner just yet. Just, take it easy, don't be in a rush, even if you are... If she sees that you're trying to jump into dinner so quickly, she may get turned off or frightened. Try something with a little less commitment involved, like coffee at a cafe? Dinner seems like a formal first date event.
But before you try something less committing than a Cafe, you should just try to chat her up here and there on FB, see how she receives you then.

What happened to getting people’s phone number? Facebook means nothing. I have people on my email/messenger account that I don’t want there. Facebook is not serious (anymore).
You can try once more to get her number and if she declines then forget about it.
