No i'm joking of course...If You sepnd a lot of time in front of pc,remember to do some 'breaks' each 30-60 mins by looking at something else for few moments.
If You just want to erase the red colour of Your eyes, buy drops.
I don't advise red bull, coffee etc. If You drink it too much,Your organism can get used to it and it stops to work.Besides You can get head- and heartaches. It's a stupid feeling.
Well I heard rubbing fresh semen in your eyes is a fantastic solution.
OMG i knew Fras was gonna say that before i posted!
i went and bought some Systane drops hope that helps. and i can't take time away from PC cuz that's my work :(
No, you were just hoping I would say that because you were already considering it.Quote:

raverboy
take more vacations.
Like Pettit Papillon said, each 30-60 min take a break. Furthermore, avoid the reflection in you screen.
Spend less time in front of the PC... Maybe you could spend time behind the PC for a while (haha).Quote:

Or spend time next to the PC, or above or beneath the PC... Preferable with your partner supporting you with wild sex.
What kind of monitor are you looking at? That can make a big difference. I used to have a screen in front of my monitor to protect my eyes, like this one:

I happen to have worked as an optometric assistant for five years, so here's there textbook answer to that:
Whenever you work at a computer or read a book, you should ideally be looking away from the screen every ten minutes (hard to do, I know), preferably at something further away. Don't sit with your face too close to the screen, either.
Maintaining one focal length for too long causes strain on the muscles that flex your lens to accomodate for distance. When they have to hold the same position for too long, they tire. Think of it like you holding a book out straight in front of you for an hour. Arms would start to get tired right?
There are a few studies suggesting that maintaining a close focal point for long periods of time may be a contributing factor to increasing myopia (near-sightedness). I actually required glasses after my first two years in uni due to reading close up for hours at a time with no breaks.
stay off the monitor for a day or so.. get some rest.Quote:

i tried zaditor, and it helped a little as well.
Not really sad. As an optometric assistant, my job focused more on the medical end of things. I only did a bit of opticianry, so you would understand THAT end better than I would.
