Im dealing with a breakup atm. Yeah it sucks,I feel sick all the time, constantly try and call her text her, dont sleep and blame myself

to help us to be back in each others arms

but he refuses to...

I once beg for him not to let go...

But...nothing happens...

You can't FORCE someone to love you.

At least you see one thing right: you are living in the past, on memories.

The only way to get over it is to ACCEPT that it's over.

It feels like shit, I know, but eventualy it gets better.

Tell your friends to stop trying to get the two of you back together, they are only making things worse. It comes over as clingy, needy and immature.

Also, don't lower yourself into begging him to come back. At least go through this with dignity and without making a fool of yourself.

Grieve, feel like crap, cry, let it out. It's part of the healing process.

And don't contact him.

Also stop blaming yourself. It takes two in a relation. The blame is on both sides, not just your side.
