I've been thinking lately,how do you guys react when the girl you like is with you and you have also some of your friends with you.Do you avoid talking with them about certain things in her presence,get shy,quiet,etc. or just act normally?Do you get more confortable talking with her when alone,or not at all? :)
Well - I will try to clarify this so that its understandable...
If I am hanging with everyone (friends and girl) I act normally - there is no difference if she was there or not - well, except for the part where I am holding her or she's sitting in my lap -- other than that the conversations are the same.
Now, if I was alone with her there are many things we can discuss - many many things - that I dont discuss around friends. Some things are meant for a relationship - and others are ment for friends.
So basically when she is with me and my freinds we enter friend mode and not married mode.
idk - i dont think I am making any sence - but I know what I'm talkin about. Maybe someone else could explain this better - I am just really really bad with words.... I'm a thinker not a talker
That's not a bad explaination Billy. There's a time for just shooting the stuff, and a time and place to talk serious. Your personal relationship discussions shouldn't be the public's business....except here on the forums. lol But you know what I mean.
Whatever you do, don't get quiet and not be yourself, because then your friends are going to give you crap about how your girlfriend is changing you, and then they won't like your girlfriend, and anybody wants their friends to like who they're dating.
That and the girl shouldn't expect you to treat your friends different when she's around, because then she isn't seeing the real you.

I don't have that problem. I seem to be myself with my friends while my other half maybe there (I haven't got a girl at the moment, did recently). I always try to interact with my friends and my girlfriend. I want my friends to like my girlfriend, Visa versa.
Keep the romantic talk and dirty talk in you and your other half time alone and when you're with friends just be yourself and just chit chat.
I seem to avoid the 'what do you think of me?' converstation when with friends with the presence of the other half near by
you just have to keep your feelings about other girls to yourself when you're around your friends and your girl is around. you pretty much have to act like you're not single. e.g. acting like you act 'with the boys'. if it's just someone you like that's around you with other friends, you can't really kick your game cuz they'll notice you're not being yourself, you're acting all sweet like and around guys that's just gross. and also uncomfortable to act nice to a girl when other guys are around...
