Met a girl but not sure if she likes me

-She compliments me often about my looks
-stares into my eyes when we talk
- has playfully hit me only 2 times
- i've known her for about 2 months but only had short conversations till I hung out with her once with her friend. we had a good time.
- she is always friendly and talkative to me
- i've noticed she is always very friendly though and not sure if its special attention towards me.
- asks where i have been if i don't show up to the cafe she works at for a few days.

I'm really retarded when it comes to girls attraction for me.
I really like her, but am not sure if she reciprocates it.
What should my next move be?

ask her out for a coffee...

Well, she doesn't hate you obviously. I think there's some interest there or she wouldn't be complimenting you or playfully hitting you. I think right now she thinks of you as a friend. Ask her out for coffee and slowly break the friend barrier. Then if the coffee date goes well, ask her out to a movie/dinner or something fun like bowling/rollerskating/ice-skating or ask her out to a mall. I think malls are good because there are lots of things to do there. Hope this helps!
