Hi everyone who remembers me - long time no see! Been so flat out, and still am. :P
Recently been doing some study on evolutionary psychology (as usual) and human sexuality. There's plenty out there on females, but what about the men?
A man can reproduce for as long as he lives, but does his interest for sex wane? Does that mean in his 50 + he's still attracted to and turned on by the same thing he was turned on by in his 20s/30s?
Are the sexual urges still the same?
ahhh personally, at 26, my libido's about the same it's always been.
My taste in women has changed a bit. Matured, I'd say. Looks aren't as important. For my teens and early twenties looks was pretty much the only criteria. Personality, and values, and chemistry, all that stuff is a lot more important.
Also, I like a girl I'm with to have a bit of meat on her. Whereas before I was phobic about female body fat.
At 45 my libido hasn't changed (if that is of any help).. (neither has hers)... hang on... she 'needs' me... be back in 2 hours...
I have heard that males peak adt 25. Is this true? Do I have to start being sexually very active?
I'm 22 and mine is strong. My taste for women has changed and I look for someone more mature

No male is going to admit that his libido isn't what it used to be. That's like admitting that your penis isn't at least an inch bigger than average.
I still want to hear honest answers from older men ie 30, 40 and plus.
26 doesn't count as "aged" at least for the purpose of this survey.
too right girl68. I've been sitting back from this thread, but in case anyone missed the point: it's no mystery that men in their 20s have a high sex drive. I was wondering what happens to it, how it changes, through the 40s, 50s, 60s etc.
