should i give up?

i really really like this guy. i have for ages but im 16 and he is 22, i only see him once a week but when eva i am upset or down i think of him and i am happy. im 99% sure he doesnt like me. i feel like i should give up on him and find another guy but i dont notice other guys cause i like him. i sorta spoke 2 my dad bout liking older guys in general and he said he doesnt mind cause of the age gap between him and my step mum as long as he gets to meet and chat to who eva i am going out with. but the guy doesnt like me. wat do i do i'm not even attracted to any1 else cause i like this guy. it really sux.
