dont really know where I stand

Hi, Im 24 and two weeks ago met the girl of my dreams (21) through a friend. We went on a couple of dates and found there was a lot of passion - have slept together about 5 times now. I am really fond of her. I may be reading too far into this, but i have noticed that whenever we speak - it is pretty much always me that initiates the conversation/exchange. I never get a 'how was your day message' or anything along those lines. Also when we do talk she doesn't ever open up with feelings or tell me that she likes me. This isn't a huge issue, however I am wondering if this is because she is shy or because she isn't that keen on anything long term (I have been in relationships with girls that have messaged non stop - almost to the point of driving me away.)

I am due to go away soon (for a few months) so i'm starting to wonder if she is really interested in me or just in sex without attachment until i'm gone.
Any insight?

It could possibly be several things like you said just sex with no attachments, or she doesn't show her feelings like you do or talk about them either. Also maybe she isn't get close to you b/c your leaving soon, and she likes you and that hurts so she keeps herself quiet. Good luck and ask her the questions you asked here, in a nice manner maybe.
