Advice - Tricky situation

I have just started a new job and found what i believe to be one of the most amazing girls i have ever met.

In week 1 we didnt talk however from week 2 we got on like a house on fire. We were always talking, went for walks at break and lunch times and just genereally enjoyed each others company. When we swapped numbers eventually we couldnt stopped texting either. Everything seemed great, even tho as if i could hold my head up high and be confidant. Since then however, things appear to have gone down hill. I am mainly to blame in terms of taking every opportunity to poke fun at her clothes and make up over the course of 2 weeks. Since then i explicity asked her out to which she replied "we are not compatible". during week one we kept discussing how our individual weddings would be and what we would do on them. but i think pokin fun at her looks has taken its toll and therefore i am now it appears without a chance.

I really like her and at least in week1 she was more than clear about her feelings, constantly in my face, asking what i was thinking, but i may have screwed it up. anyone with any ideas how i can claw her back?

All of the above happened in 3 weeks. That might be important.

I have apologised. Many times. But its just, when u get excited you kind of loose sense of what ur doing. Does anyone think i might still have a chance?

I think you had better give up on her. In fact, give up on anyone she ever talks to, because she'll tell them you're a fool. I can't freaking believe you did that.

I would recommend giving her some space and being polite when you come into contact with her, but not going out of your way to get in her space. Occasionally complimenting her casually as you go on about your business may rebuild her confidence, but don't expect much. She may be the type to hold a grudge and if that's the case, you may never get fully back in her good graces.

Thanks for all those replies. I know i messed up big time. But its just her charachter was almost a 100% fit to my ideal woman, i got 2 excited and i jus.. i dont know.

u screwed up...especially if u mess with a womans emotions by making fun of her clothes and make-up...what kind of guy would do such a thing??? maybe if u grow-up but by that time it probably be to late!
