Advice needed...

I'm living in a dorm at college. Since moving in, I have become really good friends with my roommate as well as some other people on my floor. This is where the problem begins. I have since become friends with the girl of my dreams. Unfortunately, my roommate and a few other people also have feelings for her. I talked with her about how we felt and we had mutual feelings for each other, but based on the circumstances, decided to wait to see how things would work out. I'm not sure how to go about things, any advice?
