confused

I have been working with this girl for like 8 months and we have been on nights out with work and have got on very well. The other night we was out we were dancing and she turned and kissed me, followed by a long snog. At this point i felt that she liked us. When i was at work i brought it up in a conversation and she avoided answering me. Then a DAY LATER she txt us saying that she likes us as a friend. Prior to this she has been flirting with me some days and its confusing. Does that mean she definetly doesnt like me? dont want to carry on flirting if she is just messing me about.

if she says she only wants to be friends then there is not much you can do about it, move on and definately do not let her mess you about...she either likes you or she doesn't...no games

I'm not sure what a snog is, but if she gave you an open mouth kiss, it's pretty safe to say she's attracted to you.

It's possible she has a boyfriend and was just testing the waters, or maybe it was a random act of pleasure and she's over it. I wouldn't press the issue, if you like her I'd tell her to give you a call sometime if she'd like to go out. Leave it at that and see if she calls.
