For Beth (my Shebear)
Upon my heartstrings,
the little 'Bear' played,
with melodious laughter,
like the sweetest sonnet.
Upon my lips,
she softly landed,
with moist, warm kisses,
like the summer rain.
Into my arms,
she sweetly melted,
piercing my bones,
like the fresh morning dew.
Now in my dreams,
her smile shines ever,
chasing the shadows,
like the bright Autumn moon.
