will she ever come back

I was with the love of my life for 10 years there was an age gap of 12 years she was 18 and i was 30 the age gap was neva a problem. . after 3 years together, she wanted to get married and have a family but i kept putting things off waiting for the right time, I wanted a nice home and security b4 having kids, in the last 18 months of our relationship I purchased an old farmhouse in need of complete renovation for our family home, i believe this is when are problems started, initially things were great we worked on the property together, but her interest wained and i ended up working on it by myself,our relationship went boring and she started going out more and more with her friends, and then I found out she had cheated on me. at this i was heart broken and angry and kicked her out. Its my biggest regret that i kicked her out and for the first 3 months I begged her to come back and try again, she wouldnt and now she is with a lad of 23, seven years her junior, having read a few articals on how to get ur ex back the experts say begging ur ex back is the biggest mistake that you can make, so ok initially i have made all the wrong moves,and im pretty sure its to late, its now 15 months since we split altho im over the initial heartbreak and all that goes with it , I still love her and altho I have had dates with other girls ,she is still the only girl i want and love and I would do anything to get her back. I had not contacted her for almost a year until her birthday this week after reading the experts views about not begging ur ex back I just sent a text msg saying ''happy birthday ratbag ;)have a gud one, ged'' i wanted to let her know I wasnt still the needy desperate wreck that was begging her to come back after our break up, that just ended up pushing her further away. I didnt think she would text back as One of her friends told me she held a grude against me coz of the way i acted after finding out that she had cheated on me eg kicking her out, telling her mum about her infidelity and confronting her friend that led her astray, but to my suprise I got a text back around 10 mins later that read "Thanks I will !"do ya think a reply means anything, wat do ya think I should do, in an ideal world i would just love her to come back to me because she wants to for all the right reasons that she misses me and loves me, to be honest i blame myself for losing her I think I pushed her away by negleting her I want her to see me as the man she loved for 9 years and not the borin workaholic selfish git i was in the last months of our time together ,any Ideas on wat to do to try and win her back
