I never really had it that bad and noticed that for the past couple months it was bad and I'm hoping it was a phase.
I look in the mirror or rub my face and can notice that it's bad.
But still when I hang out with girls, I'm confident and it seems like I don't have any, and we both have a good time.
So do girls really see it as a turn off or what. What's the deal with guys with acne and girls?
Too me at least. Its the acne has the same effect between guys and girls.
Im glad to hear it doesn't hurt your confidence thats all that really matters. If you dont make a big deal out of it, it isnt.
but essentially it depends on each individual and their perception.
if its bad then its a total turn off but if its just a few zits here or there...
sure at first i notice but after hanging out with you for a tiny bit they all disappear in my eyes
it can be very damaging in a lot of ways, but fortunately, it is treatable. I had a bad case on my back when I was like 15 or 16. it made me really self-conscious, and to this day I'm still not a big fan of taking my shirt off in public.
anyway, I went to the doctor who prescribed Minomycin (and some acne gel) for me, which due to my stupid body I have been off and on for 20 years (with a 4-5 year break where things seemed to get a bit better). it keeps my face clear, which is great, but my back's still hit and miss.
so to answer your question, yes it can be bad, but it doesn't have to be. as for what girls think....?

of course everybody would like to be with someone attractive, but even when I had a few on my face, it never slowed my love life down. confidence is key.
