dammit

so school started again today, it's the first day of the fall semester. back to fighting traffic in the morning and waking up a lot earlier then i would like to. no more hang overs because i have a 730 class that i need to pass. no more partying late night. time to hit the books again and actually try to stay awake in class... dammit, for those of you who probably have a week more of break, i'm envious. raverboy

2 weeks left. Sucks though because i have to work >.>. I tell you people ROOFING is so hard. cut your hands up and stuff.

3-4 weeks till I go to uni... Im so nervous, and I hate the fact that Im gonna be 4 hours away from everyone I like and love. Especialy since Im starting to get realy close to this girl I like. :(

I've been in school all freaking summer long! No its not summer school, but its the final end to my Web Design Program! I done in two weeks. Then add working on weekends, completeing projects, etc. I can't wait till schools done... I'm taking a week off work after school and then I go back to full time work :S oy! There is no end!

I spent half my summer making a website for everyone in my year so we can all keep touch now we have left school
...so far Im the only member though, rofl. Doesnt look like anyone is gonna join.
I had given out pritty bits of paper with the address on it too!

well for everyone, my sn basically i chose it because nothing in life ever seems to be what it appears to be. life's another mystery that we will never understand, which is why i often throw curve balls. it's to keep things interesting, either that so usually i'm hanging.

next to fawn, yeah i know what you mean about summer school. i had the entire summer off, only to find out from my couselor that i need 9 more credits plus the 9 that i was already registered for. that killed half my summer AFTER i get back from japan. dammit.

and GBR, you might have year round school, but don't you get long breaks?? like you go to school for 3 months then have a month off, and so on and so on?? it's like that for the schools that are year round in hawaii.

Raverboy, I can VERY much sympathize with you. ****ing classes started at CU-Denver today too. I had classes 10am to 7pm - I was running in my pink stilletos from one "classroom" (meaning class building) to another and I only had 15 minutes in between all of my classes. I barely had time to squeeze a sandwich into myself :0(

Classes are really tough. In fact, this Biology class I'm taking has FIVE (!!!!!) exams! GOOD GRIEF. I'm also taking "Archaeological Discoveries Relating to the Bible". I'll have to read all kinds of weird ancient texts in manner of the Dead Sea Scrolls and Gnostic Gospels and a bunch of Hebrew texts I can't even spell. And of course, I am taking Economics of Race and Gender... ...........

Are any of you Asians here aware that an Asian American ears 1.21$ per every 1$ your average American Joe earns?! Darn you Japanese people.

wow really?? i haven't really noticed, but it feels that asians earn the same amount as caucasian people.. well here in hawaii anyways.

you know one thing about college, i bet that students are usually thoughtless when they plan their schedual. meaning i hate breaks. i hate staying in school longer than i have to, so i try to plan all my classes back to back. however, i'm not really thinking that i only have about 10 mintues to get one from side of campus to the other, smart move yeah?? so i rush inbetween classes, to barely make it to class, look around and scurry to the last remaining seat, and quickly try to cool off. yes it's a bitch, but this term i have two breaks. what will i do now?? study?? hahah hell no, time to sleep in the library. raverboy

Yes it's like that in Singapore. Just that during holidays we still need to go back to school :( or do other extra activities like camps etc. My recent June holidays (which were supposed to be about 4 weeks) became a 2 day break. And there were exams right after that!!! 2 days to study. Needless to say, screwed them very badly :(

ely... how can you miss school?? i already miss the summer break and it's only been like 3 days.

and GBR, every parties when they are supposed to be studying. how many times i have said that i'll study on the weekend, only to go drinking and waking up hanging on sunday morning. i have drank on nights where a test was the next day, a quiz, and a final... take your pick. also there was an opening for a state job which it was "if i get in, i get in, if not then oh wells", yes i drank that night too. the liquor helped me go to sleep so i could wake up early. weird ah? lol

Another day at darn school. Lots information to retrieve from the back of my head when I come home and start studying (already!!!). Dammit, you're right Illusional, dammit! Plus, I'm like sitting there at the capus cafe and trying to eat my sandwich as fast as possible so that I can make it to my other class and those five guys are just checking me out. I mean, they're just sitting there and STARING as if they've never seen a hungry girl before!!!
