Christmas + new years at parents = omg what was I thinking.

Okay it wasn't just to see my parents I want to catch up with friends too.

But OMG what was I thinking. A whole week with my parents ?

Does anyone else feel my pain ?

If Australia had white trash red necks... well, my parents would be neither but they'd be just as infuriating !

I suggest you get drunk and stay drunk. It will make the time fly and will have the added effect of ensuring that you don't get invited back.

I never stay at my mom's house when I visit unless my sisters are there too (for distraction). It's too stressful. Next time, just tell your parents you don't want to invade their privacy, so you will spend the night in a hotel. Then you have somewhere else to go when you can't take anymore.
