When you and your ex are talking again after months of NC. How often do you keep in touch with him/her? (taking it slow, or trying to get back together?)
Well, the very idea of NC means that there was an issue that couldn't be resolved while you were together. Tread lightly. Maybe send a text. Facebook message might be okay too because you can make it a bit longer. Keep it really light at first. See if you get a response. If you don't get a response, then leave it alone.

Its just recently my ex and I started talking again. I guess you can say we're trying to take it slow. But knowing me, I would want to make some kind of communication with her everyday. Is that too much? or maybe call her or text her every 3-4 days to ask how she's doing? I just don't want to be cliney or needy.
Trying to stay in touch with her everyday definately seems like a bad move.. Even if she is possibly having thoughts about working things out if you're texting her everyday she might feel pressured and back off. I think contact once a week on your part should be fine unless ofcourse she contacts you first. But again you don't want to always reply straight away to every message she sends to you because it might come across as you having nothing else going on in your life other than just waiting to hear from her...
