I've got a problem...
I am supposed to go on a 3rd date with a girl tomorrow and late today a fever blister showed up uxexpectedly. I pretty sure she is counting on make out sessions tomorrow. Should I just go ahead and tell her tonight or what? I haven't had one of these things in a year!

I assume you mean blistering of the lips, in which case you should definitely cancel. Those things are contageous! (You realize it is caused by herpes, right? And that they are technicaly contageous even if you aren't broken out...)

I don't know. It is a raised bump on the inside of my lower lip. You can't see it unless I pull my lower lip down.

Read up on the difference between cold sores and canker sores, look for some photos of each, and then decide which you have, hun. Both are very common, but canker sores aren't contageous.

I just looked at pictures and this thing is not a cold sore. (but those look PAINFUL) It is on the inside of my lip and looks nothing like cold sores. Thanks!
