Little bit of advice?

well this isnt really wat you would call advice, more like something i cant describe lol, but anyways.

alright, so here goes, I sent her a text saying we can be the "odd buddies" (inside joke) and she sent back a text saying: ...
now this is really confusin, cuz in the past experiences ... usually meant i did/said something wrong. When i asked her if i had done something wrong, she said that I hadn't.

so females, in this situation, what do you think it means? and wat do you usually use "..." for?
