Into a single mom...

Hi, guys and gals, I'm in a bit of situation here...

Well, just moved to another a city with the new job, and I met this women from work. We instantly get along well since we have a lot in common. She is mature, hard-working, and intelligent. In addition to being a single mom, she manages to find time to work and attend grad school. I'm very much interest in her.

It wasn't until a month after I met her that I asked her out. We went on a lunch date, then a coffee date, and text each other a lot (I feel like a high school kid now)... Well, I'm just wondering if it would be too quick for me to try anything further than that, anything sexually to be exact.

Since she had been in a marriage for years and being a bit older than I am, I would expect her to be more mature than I am (in terms of relationship if not everything else). Should I wait until she approaches me about that? I don't want her to think that all I want is to sleep with her. I have to say that she really did impress me and I do consider taking things a bit further and a bit more serious...

Getting intimately involved with someone from work can go pear-shaped fast. Don't be surprised if she's not keen on the idea.

We talked about hanging out tonight after work... I thought about asking her to my apartment... should I ask her to somewhere else? Like a bar or something?

Hmm...I'd maybe go to dinner somewhere first or get a drink and try to get inside her head. Going back to your place is kinda intimate. I wouldn't rush into anything sexual too fast, could make going to work horribly awkward.

"Come to my house" can be easily interpreted as "Come to my house and take off your pants."

Because that's usually what it means.
