October 9th/Festival....worst day ever

October 9th would be mine and Jess' 1 year anniversary, and I wanted to have my closest friends go out so I could get my mind off things, or just stay home and think.

Well those plans were destroyed. On October 9th, I have Marching Band Festival, and she's in it. What should I do to keep my mind off her. Luckily I don't march near her much...but still.

Why does MSBOA Festival ALWAYS come on the worst days...someone give me some suggestions of how to clear my head on that day, because I'm going to need to be able to focus, but with her so near....... :(
