What should I do?
I am caught in a tricky situation and I need some helpful advice. Ok, here goes my story..
Last June, I had an internship at this workplace where I met KN. I wouldn't say it's love at first sight but I was really attracted to him when I first saw him. Maybe it is because of his charisma. Throughout the 5 weeks of my internship, we both stole glances at each other and we both know it. However, I didn't have the guts to go up to him even for a small chat, let alone ask for his contact. And so, after my internship ended, I think about him every single day. In fact, I miss him. After 6 months, I was given the opportunity to return to the same workplace for the second internship. This time, the duration lasts 10 weeks and sad to say, 4 weeks have already passed. Only 6 more weeks left! During these 4 weeks, things were slightly better as compared to the past. As usual, we steal peeks of each other, talked more and exchanged contact. However, it was mostly work-related. And recently, I found out that he is single and 11 years older than me. I don't know how to proceed from here. I am afraid that it is inappropriate of me to ask him out etc..
What should I do next?

Let him ask you out, but put yourself in an attainable position for him to feel like he should act on his feelings.
Flirt with him, subtly.
If he stuffs it up or fumbles, keep the ball moving. Be kind, be sexy, be confident yet sweet.
If he desires you, he'll get it right and go for you however he can muster it.

If you meet the half plus seven rule for his appropriate dating ages, then I think you should just ask him (in a light, sweet voice) if he plans to ask you out before your internship is over.
