Which are the best positions for a threesome?

Basically, my girlfriend and I have been doing things for quite some time now to eachother including playing with eachother and making out. I have a guy friend who seemed quite interested in me and I asked him what one of his fantasies was. He said it was to have a threesome with two girls so my girlfriend and I said we'd do it. I can't say I've ever had a threeway...I'm working on it though...my gf said she is cool with it...we just have to find another girl who is also cool with it.

Honestly, what to do would be the least of my problems in that scenario. How to make sure he didn't lose it within the first three minutes and leave us hanging would be my primary concern.

As others have said, there's lots of porn to look at, but a lot of that is geared toward men's masturbatory fantasies. I'm 23 and she is 22 she brought it up first...honestly I didn't even think it was on the table so I never brought it up...I mean it isn't really my fantasy or anything but its an experience I certainly don't wanta turn down...yea actually we have gone online....craigslist has everything.
