Who is wrong?

I have been known him for 1,5 years.
He is jealous.
For all that time he didn't give me any gift (but I did). When I try to talk about it, he says that I am material.
He want to marry me but I have no ring from him.

I talk to him, that he can't check my action or ask about it, because I don't see if his intentions are serious.

He talks that I am wrong.

Please, tell me, who is wrong?

You have stated your needs to him and he seems not to care. For a relationship to work there has to be give and take. Each side has needs and both sided should do their best to reach a middle ground in an attempt to meet each others needs. If he is not meeting your needs... you need to decide if this is acceptable or a deal breaker for you.
