Not allowed to date?

So, I have liked this girl for a good amount of months. In which she knew about. But, we never really talked to each other or did anything. The other week we went out to a baseball game together. With her brother and my friend. Next day, wrote on her Facebook wall, "had a good time, should do it again sometime.." Then, she texted her brother asking for my number and replayed back to me through text. We've talked a couple times since then but nothing to serious. I said some dumb things in that period. But, I try to have a decent size convo but she never really answer the third or fourth text.. Every time I say hey or something see always reply with smilie faces so that must be good. But, she's not allowed to date. I mean, I think she likes me but I have no idea what to do.. Should I wait and stay until then or what?

Not allowed is not allowed, it doesn't matter why. Find someone your own age.

This is hard because you're over 18 and you do have to have her parents permission. If she wants to date you, maybe you should take the chance and ask her parents if you can date their daughter, even if you have to have her brother tag along. I think its worth the risk, don't you.
