Am I just average or downright unattractive to girls?

I hardly ever notice a girl looking at me. They go about their lives - walking, talking to friends, blah blah, and I seem invisible to them. Even in a crowded place like a cafeteria where there are tons of girls, I look around on occasion in hopes to find a girl looking at me, and don't find groups of girls or even individual girls looking at me. Sometimes when walking around on campus a girl will be walking in the opposite direction and I'll try to make friendly eye contact or take a peak and she just stares straight ahead like I'm not there.

So am I just average or even unattractive? If so, I don't get it, because I have been called "handsome", "cute", and even "hot" by people other than family members. :sad2:

You may get rejected a few times, but persistence (not of the stalker variety) is key.

Women like self-confidence!

Just cause you don't catch them looking doesn't mean they aren't but what does that matter? You have to talk to them, smile, laugh get noticed not for looking good but for being something good.

How old are you?

Cafeterias and random walkbys arent really the places to meet girls. I mean sure you will see plenty in the cafe, but they are there to eat, and typically are in a hurry or already have people to talk to.

Try to get out to some parties, or social events, or school activities to meet girls. At parties girls are there to have a good time, and are often times looking for guys. Go to some social events or school related activities that you are interested in and you will find girls with similar interests, girls that are more relaxed, and are much more open to conversation. Get to know a few, and get your confidence up. Heck you may even find a girl who likes you back. Its not always about looks (although they do help) its also about your character and personality.

Picture? Can't you just tell from the information I've given you about how girls don't notice me? It seems like if a guy were at all good-looking he would see girls staring at him multiple times in a day... But for me, they act like I'm invisible...

Maybe you are too focused on girls watching you.

Focus on smth else in your life, think positive, smile as much as you can and your life will change :)

Even if they looked at you you'd have to try to start talking to them if you were interested, so just do it even if they don't look at you.
