Is the flame gone?

Hello women..agian,

I posted a thread a while ago called "Meant to be together," and this is kind of a follow up.

My girlfriend and me of 4 years are still on a break. She just graduated school and is on vacation as we speak with her family. We usually talk everyday when we can and this has been the hardest week with my feelings all mixed up and no one to talk to. I really miss her and I really miss us the most. Everything we have done and all the memories. During the 4 years, I felt bad because it seemed she loved me more than I did her but now she says it her and thats why we are on this break.

She once said in a txt she thought the flame went out. She doesnt want to meet other guys she wants to find happiness within herself. Also she once said she was happy sometimes being single. This is really hard for me to type this. And this all came to a shock to me and many of my and her friends. Everyone thought we were meant to be together and were always asking so when is the wedding, just joking.

When I talk to her siblings they say they just dont understand what she is doing and really kind of feel bad for me and want to help as much as they can.

I just want to know what to think and what I can do with my relationship with my love of my life.

All of those meant to be together quizs are so easy cuz its all true in my aspect in this relationship. I just wish love was easy lol.

just a thought , but mayb ur gf jus has a lot on her mind and dosent know what she actually wants.
shes jus finished studying and is probably evaluating all aspects of her life, career, more education? friends? relationships?
maybe she jus feels stuck in a rut.
if you do still talk it is either cos she does have feelings for u, and jus needs to get herself sorted without needeing to worry about ur needs in the relationship for a bit. . also its easy to be single.
or
she is just finding it hard to let you go as u are a part of her life. .
id say go with ur gut. do u think she wants to be with u again at some point?
grass alwas looks greener on the other side so focus on what u think and feel about it not others.

Yes we have talked about the future many times. I have also with her siblings. I just cant see this happening. I really thought this was it. She completes me in every way possible.

I just pray every nite she comes back to me.

If the flame went out then the break is good. Change yourself and the stuff you do. If couples fall into the same routine, the passion eventually dies out. You need to constantly be evolving and changing the things you guys do together, get out of your comfort zone, etc. Talk to other girls and let her miss you. If you don't give her space right now, she will feel more suffocated and her interest level will drop further.

However she is my best friend and I am hers, but she wants to keep talking and all. She txts me when she wakes up and when she goes to bed.

She has love for me but she said she cant love me becuz she feels half hearted in it, that why she said we went other ways would be best.

Im just so confused and fumbling for words.
