If your nipples are poking through, and you still wear it in front of tennis guy, that shows you WANT the tennis guy to see your poking nipples.
Doesn't matter if it's a biological response to whatever. If you wear something, you expect people to see it. If you are okay with that, then no problem.
If not, you need to cover up. Mental test: If your husband saw you wearing that with nipples poking, would he be happy that tennis guy sees it?

Those are the definitions of the word flirt.
So, unless your nipples have a mind of their own and are amorously courting your tennis partner behind your back or you are flirting with an idea of doing something completely unrelated or you are a butterfly flirting from flower to flower I don't think the hard nipples mean that you are flirting.
