Frequent shorter sex vs. Infrequent longer sex
My GF and I only see each other on the weekends because we have to take care of our kids during the week. We are both very sexual people previously trapped in long unhappy (sex-less) marriages, so needless to say, we are happy to have each other now. We have been together for almost 9 months, and are considering marriage in the near future. We are going to have our kids play together later this month to see how a possible family setting would play out.
Because we see each other so infrequently, we have sex almost every time we see each other. Typically, on a weekend, we would meet at my place around 4pm on Saturday to begin our weekend. We have sex for 2 hours, then go out (dinner, movie, date, etc). We would be back before midnight, and have sex again for 2 -3 hours. We go to bed, wake up at 9am, and have sex for 2 hours on sunday morning. Then we go out and do stuff.... come back around 9pm, and have sex for 2 -3 hours. Sometimes, it lasts 4 hours. On monday morning, she wakes up the proper way.... either by riding me, or putting me in her mouth until I finish. We begin our week, and don't see each other for the next 5 days.
I am super happy that I get to have sex so often on weekends. She is so happy that she sends me flowers during the week. Sometimes I feel like I'm in heaven. But here's the thing: I am wondering if all this sex is draining my health. I feel exhausted during the week. I feel fatigue in my groin area, and back soreness. She told me she feels sore down there, but she wants more. I want more too. I'm not complaining. I'm just wondering if people can actually hurt their body with weekend sex-binges. Would it be better for the body to have sex more frequently, and in moderation? Like eating?
Does anyone have any insight on the matter?
