Overly friendly situation.
So my friend is in this situation that she thinks is innocent; however, I think the person has other intentions. It's actually kind of hilarious and I want to see what other people think.
There is a woman at her daughter's school that despite barely knowing her keeps asking her to lunch and stuff like that. The woman is a little older than my friend, she's in her 30's and my friend is 24. The weird woman's husband is also a very successful doctor and makes a ton more money than my friend. Both women are attractive.
Well, the woman's first words to my friend ever are, "oh, you are just so pretty!" and introduced herself. My friend has told me that when they are out she says things like, "I told my husband about you and how attractive you are!"... CREEPY!
She also tries to buy my friend lunch all the time... could be because of the economic difference though.
My friend thinks its innocent, but I think the woman is trying to recruit her for a threesome. The reason I think this is because she is her husband's second wife, and she stole him from his first wife. He's very successful, and maybe she is worried about him leaving her. I really just don't talk to other women like this, or try to pick up their tabs, and I do talk to my husband about my friends... but I don't tell my friends that.
So, innocent friendship, or sexual recruiter.
